Ballroom and hotel events in Ras Al Khaimah, designed and produced
Sparkling Sandset designs and produces events inside Ras Al Khaimah's hotels, resorts, ballrooms, reception halls and function rooms: weddings, corporate events, galas, launches and celebrations. We bring Arabian-inspired design, décor, staging, lighting, entertainment and a producer who runs the night. We do not stage events in open desert, mountain or beach areas.

How we work in Ras Al Khaimah
Design, not just décor
A ballroom is a blank box that every client sees in the same layout. We design the whole room, from the arrival to the lighting to the table, so your event does not look like the one the night before.
Works with the venue
We do not replace the hotel's team. We work with its events manager on layout, load-in, power and sound limits, and house rules, and we clear down on schedule.
One accountable producer
Concept, décor, staging, entertainment, gifting and show-running are handled by one team, with a named producer from the first call to the last guest.

Ras Al Khaimah events, answered
Do you hold events in open areas in Ras Al Khaimah, like the desert, mountains or beaches?+
No. Events in open areas need a licence that we do not hold, so in Ras Al Khaimah we work only inside hotels, resorts, ballrooms, reception halls and other licensed indoor venues. Open-desert events are held at our own camp in Al Khatim, Abu Dhabi.
Do you have a venue in Ras Al Khaimah?+
No. You choose the hotel or hall, and we design and produce the event inside it. We can advise on which rooms suit your guest count and brief, and we work with the venue's events team throughout.
Who provides catering?+
Usually the venue's own kitchen, since most hotels require it. Where a venue allows outside catering, we can also supply our Emirati menus. We confirm this with the venue before we quote.
How far ahead should we book?+
Three to six weeks for a standard format, longer for large weddings and for peak weeks between November and March and around National Day. Ballroom dates are the constraint, so secure the venue first.
Tell us the date, the guest count and the idea
