This website is operated by Sparkling Sandset (Sparkling Sandset Khayal Al Sahra Camp), Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. By using it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

We try to keep the content accurate and current, but it is general information, not an offer. Guest ranges, durations, availability and inclusions shown on a page are typical, and your own event is defined only by the written proposal we issue for it.

Distances and drive times are estimates and change with traffic and conditions. Guides on our blog are planning advice, not legal, medical or safety advice, and rules such as camping, permits and drone use change, so confirm them with the relevant authority.

Events are quoted from your brief. A quote is not a booking. A date is held for you only when we confirm it in writing, and a booking is binding when you accept the written proposal or booking agreement and any deposit it asks for is received.

Prices, payment schedule, cancellation and rescheduling terms, and what happens if the event cannot go ahead are set out in that agreement. Where it is silent, the agreement is read together with these terms.

• Permits, site access and safety rules apply to every event, and our team may change or stop an activity where safety, weather or authority instructions require it.
• Hosts are responsible for the conduct of their guests and for telling guests about dress, timings and safety briefings we provide.
• Alcohol is served only where lawful and through licensed arrangements, and UAE laws and local customs apply on site.
• Outdoor events depend on weather. We agree a fallback or decision point with you in advance.
• We may photograph or film events for our portfolio and marketing only with the host's agreement, and we will not publish identifiable images of guests who ask us not to.

The text, designs, logos and our own photography on this site belong to Sparkling Sandset or its licensors. Some destination photographs are used under Creative Commons licences and are credited next to the image. You may view and share pages for personal or internal business use, but you may not copy or republish our content commercially without written permission.

• Do not misuse forms, send false or spam enquiries, or try to interfere with or gain unauthorised access to the site or its data.
• Do not scrape the site in a way that degrades it for others.

The site is provided as is and may be unavailable from time to time. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of the site or from reliance on general information on it, or for links to third-party sites.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. Liability for an event is governed by the booking agreement and our insurance.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, and disputes are subject to the courts of Abu Dhabi, unless the booking agreement says otherwise.
