Desert dining & catering

Live stations, plated Emirati tasting menus and private chef dinners served in the dunes, cooked on site rather than trucked in.

What's included

Designed end to end

Food is the part of a desert event that most often disappoints, because it usually arrives finished and cold. We build a working kitchen on site with a cold chain, chefs and trained service crew, so a seated four-course dinner in the middle of the desert reads the same as one in a city restaurant.

  • On-site service kitchen with full cold chain
  • Plated four to six course menus for up to 500 covers
  • Live grill, carving, mezze and dessert stations
  • Emirati, Levantine, Indian and international cuisines
  • Arabic coffee, dates and canapé welcome service
  • Licensed bar service or premium dry and mocktail bars
  • Private chef dinners for two to twenty guests

Questions

Things people often ask

Do you cook on site or truck food in?+

We run a service kitchen on site with a cold chain, which is why plated menus hold up 50 minutes from the city. Only cold pre-production happens off site.

What cuisines do you cover?+

Emirati and wider Levantine as the house style, plus Indian, Lebanese, Italian and modern international. Live carving, mezze, grill and dessert stations are all available.

Can you handle dietary requirements?+

Halal is standard. Vegan, gluten-free, Jain, kosher and allergy-specific menus are available with final counts 72 hours before service.

Is alcohol available?+

Bar service is arranged through licensed F&B partners. Fully dry packages with mocktail bars and specialty coffee are equally common.

What is the minimum group size for a private chef dinner?+

Two guests for a proposal or anniversary dinner, and up to 500 covers for a seated banquet.
