What group sizes do you handle?
20 to 500 pax at our Khayal Al Sahra camp; up to 1,200 with satellite venue partners across Abu Dhabi and Yas Island.
How far in advance should we book?
8–12 weeks for standard November–March dates; 16+ weeks around the Abu Dhabi F1 Grand Prix and New Year.
Do you offer full MICE infrastructure — conferencing, breakouts, gala?
Yes. We combine hotel meeting rooms (Saadiyat, Yas, Corniche) for the conferencing portion with our private desert venue for the incentive/gala portion.
Can you provide AV, staging and translation?
Yes — full production, LED walls, multi-language simultaneous translation booths and rigging are handled in-house or via vetted partners.
What sustainability credentials do you have?
Solar-charged camp, composted organics, water-reuse system and CO₂-per-pax reporting on request.
