Two distinct aesthetics — a pampas-and-copper Mehendi and a crimson-and-gold reception — on one site, for a guest list split between Abu Dhabi, Dubai and overseas arrivals.
What we delivered

- ◆Zaffa procession, camel arrival and a live violin entrance for the reception night
- ◆Coordinated guest transfers and valet for 220 guests across both nights
- ◆Overnight crew changeover completing the full décor turnaround before sunrise
Challenges solved
- ◆Two completely different colour palettes had to be struck and rebuilt overnight
- ◆Guests were arriving from three cities on different flight schedules
- ◆Bridal party needed continuous access to the suite across both event days
