The challenge
The client needed a plenary-grade meeting environment with reliable AV and climate control, in a setting delegates would remember, without adding more than an hour of transfer time from Abu Dhabi city hotels.
What we did
- ◆Built a 200-capacity majlis pavilion with line-array PA, LED wall and a technician on standby
- ◆Ran a shaded breakout village for four parallel workshop tracks
- ◆Coordinated a 4x4 and coach fleet with staggered departures from three hotels
- ◆Closed with an Emirati heritage gala: folk troupe, falconry, live carving stations
Results
- ◆Zero AV downtime across two full programme days
- ◆Delegate satisfaction of 4.8 / 5 on the post-event survey
- ◆Rebooked for the following year before the camp was struck
