MICE and incentive programmes in Ras Al Khaimah
Ras Al Khaimah has the hotels and the airport for MICE groups, but a ballroom gala often feels like any other city. Sparkling Sandset designs and produces the gala night for conference and incentive groups inside the hotel ballroom, as a component for DMCs, PCOs and direct clients.

The gap in a MICE programme
Conference days run in the hotel. The gala night is meant to show the destination, but in practice it is often the same ballroom with the same set. A gala designed around Emirati hospitality, with the right entertainment and a strong arrival, gives delegates the sense of place that the room alone cannot.
How we slot into your programme
Agencies bring us in for a single evening or a connected sequence. We deliver a run sheet, a headcount register, dietary and accessibility tracking and a named on-site lead, and we work to your branding and your client's communication rules.
- Branded welcome, stage and entertainment
- Arabic coffee, dates and heritage welcome moments
- Seating and table design for the gala room
- Dietary, accessibility and VIP tracking
- Gifting for delegates
Working with the hotel
The venue's catering and banqueting teams stay in the lead for food and service, and we coordinate timings with them. We agree the technical limits for sound and rigging in advance.

Styling and staging from our own events. The same décor, lighting and crew install inside your hotel ballroom or function room.
