Continuous programming for three days across two courtyards, with family-appropriate content and full compliance with campus access rules.
What we did
- ◆Rotated Al Ayyala, Al Razfah and Tannoura troupes on a published run sheet
- ◆Ran henna, calligraphy and coffee-roasting craft stations
- ◆Supplied 34 bilingual crew across the three days with a senior lead per shift
- ◆Managed staging, PA, permits and daily strike and reset
Results
- ◆1,200 attendees across three days with no programme gaps
- ◆Full compliance sign-off from campus security and HSE
- ◆Retained for the following Eid activation
