Our camp comfortably hosts 30 to 500 delegates for a single corporate event. We've run gala dinners, product launches, sales kickoffs, family days, and team-building retreats across that range.
How far is the camp from Abu Dhabi and Dubai for corporate transport?+
Khayal Al Sahra Camp is 50 minutes from Abu Dhabi city and roughly 90 minutes from Downtown Dubai. We coordinate coach and 4x4 fleets from any pickup point, including DXB, AUH airports, and corporate offices.
Do you handle full event production — stage, sound, AV, branding?+
Yes. We provide stage, line-array sound, LED screens, branded backdrops, lectern, lighting, and on-site technicians. Custom branding (logo gobos, branded majlis, photo walls) is included in our corporate packages.
Can you cater for international delegates and dietary requirements?+
Yes. Live Emirati stations, Levantine grills, Indian, Filipino, Continental, and fully vegetarian/vegan menus are available. Halal certified throughout. Allergy and dietary briefs handled per delegate.
What corporate entertainment do you offer?+
Tanoura, Yola, Sufi musicians, Emirati Ayyala folk troupes, fire performers, falconry demonstrations, henna artists, oud players, and DJ sets — all coordinated by our in-house entertainment team.
Is there a private area for VIPs or executives?+
Yes. A private majlis tent with separate entrance and dedicated F&B service can be reserved for C-suite executives, VIPs, and family of the host.
