List Your Event on Hadath: What Organisers and Venues Need to Send

Hadath lists events from known organisers and venues across the UAE: concerts, sport, festivals, exhibitions, conferences, comedy, theatre and large family events. Listing is free. This is what we need to make a page that is accurate and useful for your audience.
What to send
- The official page for the event, on your own site or your ticket seller's. This is what readers will be sent to.
- Name, dates and times as you publish them, with the venue and the emirate.
- The lowest ticket price and where it is published, or say if tickets are free or not yet on sale.
- A short summary, in your own words, of what the event is. We rewrite it to our style but keep your facts.
- A contact for corrections, ideally a named person or a monitored inbox.
How we check
We compare what you send with your official site. If a date is not yet confirmed, the listing says "announced" or "expected" until it is. We cite your page and any other sources on the listing, with the date we checked.
Photographs
We use photographs we are entitled to use. If you supply images, tell us they are cleared for use and how to credit them. Where we have no picture of an event, we show a drawn poster rather than a mismatched photo, and when a photograph is of an artist or a venue rather than the event itself, the page says so.

- A status label if anything changes: sold out, rescheduled, postponed or cancelled.
Corrections and removals
If a date, price or link on your listing is wrong, tell us and send the source. We correct it and note the change. If you want a listing removed, ask and we remove it.
Venues
If you run a venue, we can also build a venue page and keep every show at your venue current from a feed or from your programme page. Tell us which page you publish it on.
