How Hadath Tracks the Traffic It Sends Organisers

If you run an event or a venue, the useful question about any listings site is simple: how many people did it send me, and did they buy? Hadath is built to answer the first part honestly, without asking you to take our word for it.

When a reader presses a ticket button on Hadath, the click goes through our own redirect and lands on your page with four UTM tags added:

  • utm_source=hadath: who sent the visitor.
  • utm_medium=referral: the kind of link.
  • utm_campaign: the listing, for example trevor-noah-dubai-opera-2026.
  • utm_content: where on Hadath the click happened, such as the event page, a card, the featured spotlight or a list.

Existing parameters on your link are kept. If your link already carries a utm_source, we leave it alone.

Finding Hadath traffic in your analytics

In Google Analytics 4, open Reports, then Acquisition, then Traffic acquisition, and look for the source "hadath". Add the campaign dimension to see the visits for each event, and the content dimension to see which placement drove them. Other analytics tools read the same tags.

The count on our side

Because the redirect is ours, we also keep a count of ticket clicks per listing and per placement. The counts are approximate, because bots are skipped and two clicks in the same instant can be counted once. They are not a sales figure: Hadath does not see whether the visitor bought.

A front page is a poor destination for a specific show. If you tell us the exact event page you want, we use it, and an approved link replaces the old one on every listing straight away. A feed of event URLs from a venue or a ticketing platform would let us keep them right automatically.

What we do not do

We do not quote an audience number we cannot prove, and we do not claim sales. The traffic report is the evidence: ask us for a monthly click report for your listings at any time.

To get listed, see list your event, and read our guide for organisers: what we need from you.

FAQs

No. UTM parameters are ignored by the page itself and read only by analytics.

Can I see the figures?

Yes. Ask for the monthly click report for your listings.
