What is included in a desert camp setup?
A desert camp setup includes majlis seating with carpets and cushions, Bedouin tents, dining structures, ambient and functional lighting, silent power generation, restrooms, a service kitchen area, fire pits and full crew. Décor, entertainment staging, AV and branded elements are specified on top according to the brief.
The base build
Every setup starts with ground preparation, majlis carpets and low seating, shade or enclosure structures, lighting design and silent generators positioned away from the guest area. Restrooms are serviced units, not portacabins.
Crew is part of the build, not an add-on: riggers, electricians, service staff, a site marshal and a safety officer.
What gets layered on top
Dining pavilions, stages, dance floors, AV, florals, branded fabrication, shisha lounges, fire performers and heritage stations are all specified per event. Because the camp is modular, adding or removing any of these changes the build rather than forcing a package change.
