Book six to nine months ahead for a peak-season wedding or incentive programme between November and February. Corporate dinners and smaller group activities are usually workable at two to four weeks' notice, and shoulder-season dates in March, April and October are often available four to eight weeks out.

Peak dates between November and February are typically committed early in the calendar year, particularly Fridays and Saturdays. If your date is fixed, secure the camp before anything else in the plan.
