How we handle your information

The only personal information we collect is what you choose to submit through our contact and enquiry forms — typically your name, email address, phone number (optional), event type, preferred date, expected guest count, and any message you send us.

We also use Google Analytics and Google Ads tags to understand how visitors find and use the site. These tools collect standard browsing data (pages viewed, device type, referrer, approximate location). They do not include the information you type into our forms.

Enquiries are stored in our managed database (Lovable Cloud / Supabase, hosted on Amazon Web Services). Notifications of new enquiries are emailed to our team through our verified sending domain (sparklingsandset@gmail.com).

We use your enquiry only to respond to you and plan your event. Phone numbers are used to reach you via call or WhatsApp regarding the same enquiry. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing.

Access to stored enquiries is restricted to Sparkling Sandset team members with an administrator role. The site is protected with row-level security and only signed-in administrators can view leads.

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to follow up and serve your event. If you'd like your details removed from our records, email sparklingsandset@gmail.com and we will delete them.

We use only essential cookies and Google Analytics / Google Ads cookies to measure marketing performance. You can block these via your browser's privacy settings or any standard ad/cookie blocker without affecting your ability to browse or enquire.

Transactional email (enquiry confirmation, contact replies) is sent from notify.sparklingsandset.com. Every message includes an unsubscribe link, and we honour unsubscribe requests immediately.
