What types of event staff do you supply?+

Hostesses, guest-relations leads, F&B servers, bartenders, brand promoters, photographers, videographers, AV technicians, cultural performers, and on-site coordinators.

How much notice do you need to deploy staff?+

Standard bookings: 5 to 7 days. Peak season (Nov-Feb) and large activations: 2 to 3 weeks. We can move faster for emergencies - reach out and we'll do our best.

Are staff trained for luxury hospitality standards?+

Yes. Crew members are briefed on grooming, service flow, language, and brand guidelines before every event. Hospitality leads have a minimum of 3 years' UAE luxury venue experience.

Do you handle uniforms?+

We supply our standard uniform options - white, black, traditional Emirati - or accept your branded uniforms with one week's notice for sizing.

Can you provide bilingual staff?+

Yes. English plus Arabic is standard. Hindi, Urdu, Russian, French, and Mandarin available on request.

How do you price staffing?+

Per shift (typically 6 or 10 hours) with seniority and skill multipliers. We quote within 24 hours of receiving your brief.
