A fully bespoke desert wedding at Khayal Al Sahra typically runs AED 120,000 – 400,000+, depending on guest count, décor scale, F&B tier, and entertainment. Smaller intimate ceremonies start around AED 60,000.
Do you have a minimum spend?
Yes — private camp buyouts start at AED 25,000 for small dinners and AED 60,000 for full-day events. Walk-in safari packages are not offered; every booking is an exclusive private hire.
What's included in the base venue fee?
Permanent majlis and dining infrastructure, washroom blocks, base lighting and sound, on-site security, parking, and a dedicated event coordinator. F&B, décor, entertainment, and transport are quoted on top.
Can you work with my own planner or vendors?
Yes. We collaborate with external wedding planners, agencies, and brand teams. Our crew handles venue, hospitality, and on-ground execution; your team can lead creative direction.
What's the deposit and payment schedule?
A 30% confirmation deposit secures the date. The balance is split into a 50% milestone payment 30 days before the event and 20% final payment one week prior.
